"When I was a kid, I often envied my friends that all had that one thing they knew they wanted to do, or that they were really good at... something that was a clear guide for which direction to go in life. I had so many interests that when it came down to deciding what to pursue in my education and my career, I couldn't decide which path to take. And once I'd finally settle on one, I'd feel I was missing out on the others...

It wasn't until years into my adulthood that I realized having several interests was my greatest asset - I could combine everything I was passionate about into one or two major channels:

I now utilize my skillsets and passions within the areas of psychology, self-improvement, nutrition, and holistic wellness into my coaching business - and I channel my artistic skillsets and love of nature into my content creation. In many ways, my creativity has also spilled into my coaching program, and my passion for wellness and healing has found its place in my creative outlets as well.

I believe our interests, skillsets, and innate talents are given to us for a reason - and blending them all together has been a fantastic way for me to feel fulfilled in everything I do."

Tiara has been on a gluten-free diet since 2011 when she found out she has a gluten intolerance.

Tiara is originally from the Chicagoland area, has been to 33 of the 50 US states, and has lived in 6 of them. Along with having traveled to Switzerland and Greece, and briefly living in Italy. She now resides in a quaint lake town, along Illinois' north shore.

Tiara's happy place is experiencing the four seasons in all their glory - among lush trees, lakes, and mountains - sprinkled with equal parts rain, snow, fog, and sunshine.

Coaching, photography, visual arts, the HSP trait, and the entrepreneurial spirit all run in her family.

Tiara's zodiac sun sign is Leo (with a Sagittarius moon, and a Gemini rising sign). She is a Generator by Human Design, and her Myers-Briggs personality type is INFJ. Her color season is deep autumn (which means warm, dark colors suit her best).
